Our Guarantee & Refund Policy

Within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, cancel for any reason and receive a full refund to your original payment method. This applies only to your initial payment, not future installments if you're on a payment plan.

To request a refund: Email hello@aiez.ai with your order number.

• Assessment Package (2 weeks):    7-day guarantee
• Framework Package (4 weeks):   14-day guarantee
• Program Package (6 weeks):   21-day guarantee

Within the guarantee period above, you can request a refund if you meet these requirements:

✓ You've attended your scheduled kickoff meeting

✓ You've completed the intake questionnaire we provided

✓ You've responded to our requests for information within 48 hours

We'll review your request and, at our discretion, determine if you're eligible. If approved, you'll receive a full refund and permanently lose access to all deliverables.

You're NOT eligible for a refund if:

• Your guarantee period has expired
• You've received final deliverables
• You haven't participated in good faith (missed meetings, ignored requests, etc.)

Payment plans are contracts for a fixed number of installments, not subscriptions. By choosing a payment plan, you commit to completing all payments on time.

Missed payments may result in account suspension. Payments 30+ days overdue may be referred to collections.

Payment plans cannot be canceled unless you qualify for a refund under the terms above.
