Deborah Sherman founded AI EZ with one conviction: AI should serve people, not replace them. Deborah leads every client engagement directly.  Behind every implementation is a team of engineers, AI workflow specialists, and platform builders. Our practitioners bring deep hands-on experience across industries, including businesses, nonprofits, and government. 

Deborah knows how to communicate when the stakes are high. She led Public Affairs for the FBI’s Denver Division and other law enforcement agencies, and has been trained by FEMA in crisis response. Before that, she was an investigative journalist for NBC News stations nationwide, earning 13 Emmy Awards, three Edward R. Murrow Awards, and national recognition for stories that changed laws and demanded accountability.
