Deborah Sherman founded AIEZ.ai with one conviction: AI should serve people, not replace them. She brought together a team of consultants, analysts, and builders who share a single mission—help leaders cut through the noise, automate what slows them down, and focus on what truly matters.

Our team teaches organizations to harness AI across operations, marketing, communications, and strategy. The gains are exponential. Ten times faster. Twenty times more efficient. Sometimes fifty. That kind of acceleration saves time and changes the trajectory of a business.

Sherman knows how to communicate when the stakes are high. She led Public Affairs for the FBI’s Denver Division and other law enforcement agencies, trained by FEMA in crisis response. Before that, she was an investigative journalist for NBC, CBS, and ABC stations nationwide—earning 13 Emmy Awards, three Edward R. Murrow Awards, and national recognition for stories that exposed truth and demanded accountability.

That same urgency drives AIEZ.ai today. Our consultants are certified in advanced AI prompting, business strategy, data analysis, marketing, and productivity. We design systems leaders can trust.

In 2010, Sherman co-founded KidsGiving365.org, a nonprofit that shows children the power of generosity. That commitment to people—real people—still defines everything we do.
